~1pound chocolate...dark (But you may use any chocolate you love)
++++ For a little softer Ganache add a little extra cream
++++ For a firmer Ganache add more chips
++++ You can double or triple batch if you like !
~ 1 Cup heavy cream
~~ You can heat the cream in a sauce pan or double boiler--do not boil add chocolate stir until fully melted and mixed
~~~ store in fridge...when fully chilled scoop by tablespoon full~~quickly form a ball and roll in a cocoa powder ...put in container and store in fridge until ready to devour ....
