Why is it that neighbors kid never gets sick ?

Are they doing something or know something you don’t ?

 Get Regular Daily Exercise !

Use A Safe Immune Blend Of Essential Oils

Use them in the air, on the bottom of feet etc...

 Eat A Healthy Diet !
Keep that gut healthy ! Probiotics-yogurt, well hydrated, fruits and veggies, and
other healthy foods and drinks, coconut oil,

Elderberry syrup extract-jelly-juice etc... “elderberry is
anti-inflammatory, so it may alleviate your congestion and any
swelling in the sinuses & it might even protect you from getting
sick in the first place! Vitamin C, Bone Broth, apple cider vinegar,
a good high polyphenol olive oil, some good manuka honey

Sick Get Well Boxes Or Bags

Make up Sick Get Well Packages That are meant for individual
use for each sick person in the household. That only one person
will use and NOT share !

 Teach No Sharing

Yes we should share but when it comes to getting sick we really
need to pick and choose when we share and when we do not share

Get A Good Nights Sleep Regularly !

Change bed linen and whatever the sick person
has worn daily.

You want to get rid of those germs and contamination. I know it’s a
lot of work but it needs to be done ! As a matter of fact everything
they touch should be cleaned a few times a day ! Yes it does !

 Shower Every Day !

Wash away the germs.

♥  Wash Your Hands ! ♥ ♥

Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take
to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others !
Wash your hands and do it on regular basis ! Wash your hands well..
DON”T just dip in water and run !....SOoooo you & the kids wash your
hands, but how well ?The CDC recommends Germs, or pathogens, are
types of microbes that can cause disease.

Microbes are all tiny living organisms that may or may not cause disease.
Microbes are present on all surfaces of the hand, often in particularly
high concentration under the nails, so the entire hand should be scrubbed
Germs, or pathogens, are types of microbes that can cause disease.

Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.

Use running water NOT a sink or basin filled with water that can spread germs.

Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. ...

Be sure to lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.

Scrub your hands for at least 20-30 seconds. ...

They say singing the full version of Happy Birthday while they wash their hands is a
good length of time to judge whether they washed long enough.

Rinse your hands well under clean, running water. ----

Air dry or use clean paper towels to avoid spreading germs especially when someone
is sick... Germs can be transferred more easily to and from wet hands ...

One of the most important things is washing your hands.

 Hand Sanitizers

Use a sanitizer that is at the very least 60% alcohol.
Hand sanitizers sanitizers kill viruses and bacteria and they can be as
effective as soap and water. With hand sanitizers you need to also get
some under the nails...And DON’T wipe sanitizer off !!! But soap and
water loosens dirt and bacteria off the skin & puts it down the drain.
So if there is a sink and water there..use the soap and water !
Washing the hands is a better choice. Babies really should not use the
hand sanitizers. The alcohol absorption is to high for their little body and thin skin.

♥ Quit Coughing On People ! COVER THE COUGH !

Teach the kids how to cover their cough ( and any adult that needs reminding or teaching). Show the kids some great videos or comic like books that will interest
them about germs and how they are spread & get you sick ! Teach them to use
their elbow when they sneeze or cough ? And teach them to escape those that
are sick that are not coughing or sneezing into their elbow.

 Flush Those Tissues !

Flush those contaminated, dirty tissues that they coughed, sneezed or blew
their nose in down the toilet and get those nasty germs out of the house !

 DISINFECT

Many people do use disinfectant sprays and most do work and help with those germs.
There is Lysol Disinfectant Spray & Wipes and there are some great natural ones
made from essential oils and colloidal silver that are really great ! These sprays are a
big help and easy to use disinfecting many of the surfaces where germs lurk! There
are many places we/they touch that are not cleaned on a regular basis… school
backpacks and diaper bags, the TV channel changer, phones, door knobs, the sink,
toilet seat cover & handle, railings, computer keyboards and tablets, books, your
crayon box or reading nook! I can get a little OCD with it, but I’ve been so sick that
I even take sprays and wipes with me to the store..Yep that’s how sick I got and I
swore if I got sick again I would die! ) Funny but not !

Teach The Kids To STOP Touching The Eyes And Nose, Mouth, Mucous Membranes etc... !

Kids have a tendency to touch everything in site and even things not in site lol....!!
Quite being the bus picking up all the germs at every stop !!! Mucous membranes
absorb those germs fast & bamm you’re sick before you know it.

 BE RESPONSIBLE.

Why oh why do they go to school or work sick ! I know there are reasons but
sometimes we just need to do the right thing for everyone. If you or your kids
are sick, please keep them home !  I do know that many times it could mean
extra problems at work and school so I guess I should say do the best you can....

It’s our job as a parent to educate our kids about this stuff !!
Make Those who want to hold or touch your baby WASH THEIR HANDS !!!!
 Stay away from sick people
Humidify your home..psst germs love the winters dry air !
Keep sick kids quarantined away from others to help stop the spread of germs.
Making sure they share NOTHING with others.

 Don’t be a complete germaphobe.

I know after all that talk of getting rid of the germs ..lol There is an article
published in the Scientific American, microbiologist Stuart B. Levy, Ph.D., of
Tufts University School of Medicine, explains that regular soap and general
cleaning products (without added antibacterials) are just fine. “They do their job,”
 Levy says.
