Tips For Making Homemade Cinnamon Rolls
1.) Don’t go any farther if when proofing the yeast and it does NOT get that bubbly-
poofy and frothy action going on. Warm your milk ONLY to between 100 and 115
degrees Fahrenheit MAKE SURE that you DO NOT overheat the milk too hot will kill
off the yeast and dough won’t rise & anything lower can increase the time it takes the
dough to rise. If it’s too hot for your finger let it cool... if you add the yeast to the warm
milk and it isn’t foamy after 5 minutes, the yeast is probably dead. So toss it and start
